After 9+ years of marketing and ecommerce experience in the consumer retail & travel industries, Jenny joined the Windsor Circle team to spearhead the effort to help an ever-increasing number of Enterprise-level clients succeed through the incorporation of customer engagement and retention automation.

Prior to joining the team, Jenny started a consulting business dedicated to assisting passionate ecommerce businesses – big and small – develop and implement digital campaigns across multiple marketing channels. This was made possible through previous collaborations with dynamic teams dedicated to improving branding, marketing and loyalty for such diverse companies as, The Body Shop, Sandals Resorts & Air Jamaica.

A Florida native, Jenny grew up in a sleepy beach town and graduated from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) with a BS in Public Relations and a minor in Art History. After earning a MA in Public Relations & Marketing from the University of Miami, she relocated to North Carolina and now loves living and working in Durham.

When she’s not chasing around and playing princess dress-up with her three young daughters, Jenny enjoys volunteering for her community as a member of the Junior League of Durham & Orange Counties, entertaining friends at her home and reveling in the occasional date night with her husband, Sean.
