At the 2014 eTail East conference for eCommerce executives, industry leader Windsor Circle chairs "Email Personalization Day" and announces new product features.

At the conference, Windsor Circle will unveil its most recent innovations in data-driven retention marketing and email personalization— an upgraded Cart Recovery Solution with an Anti-Gaming feature. Windsor Circle clients using the tool have recovered on average more than 15% of such abandoned carts.
The initial version released last December offers a variety of features, including the ability to send optimized cart recovery e-mails to existing customers who abandon carts on a daily or hourly basis. The improved Cart Recovery Solution is now fully customizable as well, allowing retailers to further personalize recovery templates.
Windsor Circle’s Cart Recovery Solution upgrade includes a new Anti-Gaming feature that makes the tool even more beneficial for retailers. Using a predictive scoring matrix, the proprietary technology identifies shoppers who abandon their cart intentionally in the interest of receiving a discount, and automatically removes discount codes from select future emails."It's important that retailers don't 'train' their customers to abandon shopping carts," says Client Success Manager Scot Catlin.
