Relationships take work - lots of it - so I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Are you ready? Remember to say, "Thank you". A quick thank you is the easiest way to show your customers how much you appreciate their business.

Just like in the real world, building a good relationship can be boiled down to three easy steps - while this may not work 100% of the time, 9 times out of 10, you're a shoe in.
