UPDATE 11.07.2014
Windsor Circle was announced as the winner of "Best Fast Growth Small Company" during the NCTA awards!

Windsor Circle is thrilled to be WINNERS of the "Top Ten Startups to Watch" and we are equally excited to announce we have been nominated as a finalist for 3 additional awards: Industry Driven Company, Best Fast Growth Small Company, eCommerce within the Technology Corporate & Use of Technology award categories.

"We are now the world's leading customer retention software company, with over 200 retail brands from around the world using our software to drive millions of dollars in additional revenue from their existing customers." - Andrew Pearson, VP of Marketing, Windsor Circle.

Windsor Circle is proud to be headquartered in Durham, NC. As winners of Top Ten Startups to Watch, we were asked: "What is it about being in Durham that helps make you successful?"

Our Co-founder and CTO, Chris Humphres, had this to say: "Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill is the entrepreneurial heart of the South.  With more PhDs per capita than most cities and a fantastic support ecosystem for start-ups, exemplified by the American Underground campuses and university entrepreneurial programs".

CEO, Matt Williamson, "Our recent $6.25MM series B funding is the culmination of a successful early stage launch phase, the validation of "Retention Automation" as a technology category that Windsor Circle is defining, and a clarion call to marketers everywhere to rally around their customers as a greenfield revenue opportunity that will define the next battlefield for revenue and profitability.  This era will be heralded by massive disruption as businesses who bend big data and data science to the task of delighting customers will outpace those who remain stuck in the days of acquisition-heavy marketing strategies.  Frankly, businesses who do not leverage data, automation, and personalization will lose many of the customers they fought so hard to acquire. Net,the day of customer retention has arrived.
